A vast majority of my past years was devoted to implementing diverse projects as Production Lead for the adidas TERREX social and sports marketing teams. Around the globe, I pulled the production strings for dozens of captivating content deliverables.

__Emotional Documentaries that would become benchmarks within and beyond the trail running sport.

__Social Media formats from Team and Race Events that reflect the tooth of time, brand messaging and the real humans behind the athlete profession.

__Immersive Images from world-class photographers that root much deeper than status reports but give authentic photojournalistic insights into the bright and cruel realities of the sport, its inspiring athletes, community and innovative technology.

Mountain Ultra Races never fail to provide unpredictable challenges for media production crews. Weather, course and timing changes, traffic, location accessibility, mobile network day shape and splits, you name it: endless factors can become a variable that determines the movements of the shooters and therefore the output. Many good reasons for having an experienced Producer on-ground who is able to react to last-minute changes accordingly.

Needless to say, a very different approach compared to the above. The ultimate goal is to achieve predictability on a scale that is as detailed as possible. Defining every shot the deliverable needs with corresponding camera, lighting, sound, grip and data management equipment and translating that into typically tight schedules is no walk in the park.

Amongst many scripted social media shorts for several other clients, I have enjoyed producing an internal-only Siemens Global HR series across four episodes with amazing creative partners within agency and crew.

Order does not start and end with a project. Frequently updated production documents and share points are a mandatory foundation for quick intelligence access for clients and partners - as well as for adaptive, clean production work.

As the office backbone for day-to-day business operations, several shared mailboxes and a team of 5-10 colleagues often working on different projects, creating intuitive common ground for project and data management basics was a necessity to maintain order and clarity across time and projects. As a structure-loving person, I found a liking in developing simplified, efficient workflows for every-day office life and leveling up productions by weaving these learnings into the next jobs.
